You can add a new period on the Add and Update Performance Period screen and update the period you have added. You can specify specific period settings for the relevant period and determine the evaluation questions. You can also determine the ratios to be used in the calculation of the reports according to direction of evaluation.

Performance Period Information
Here you can see the name, status, begin date and end date of the period. When the Update button is pressed, the screen where you can update these settings becomes visible.
Period Name This is are where you can update the name of the relevant period.
StatusThis is area where you can select the status of the relevant period.
Begining date This is the area where you can determine the begin date of the relevant period.
Ending DateThis is the area where you can determine the ending date of the relevant period.
You can cancel your changes with the Cancel button.
You can save your changes with the Save button.

Note Scale This is area where you can specify which score range of notes will be.
If See notes by employes? is selected, employees see the score they receive, but cannot see which score corresponds to that score.
Questions This is the area where you can make settings related to the display of the questions.
Send E-mail It appears only in periods when status is On.This is the area where you can send reminder e-mails to uninitialized or incomplete evaluators in the relevant period.
Competencies
The area where the questions assigned to the relevant period are displayed.
You can delete the question with  .
With the Add New button, you can go to the Add Competence Question Screen, where you can add new questions.
Evaluations
Employee Indicates the person to whom the evaluation relates. You can go to the Evaluation Update Screen by clicking on it.
User NameThis is the field where you can select the user to add to the evaluations.With Add button you can add the selected contact.
 Shows the completed ones among the evaluators.
 Shows evaluations that have started and are not completed.
 Indicates pending evaluations that have not yet begun among assessors.
 Shows the total evalutaions among people to evaluate.
With   you can delete the relevant evaluation.
Rates
From this part, you can determine the rates that fall on the evaluation aspects.
If Weighted Average is not selected, each direction is accepted at the same level. If it selected, you can set customized rates according to the person, department, title or institution..
In customized ratios, the rate assigned to the person is considered as priority. If there is no custom rate, the rate assigned to the person's title is considered. If there is no rate assigned to the title, it is considered that there is a rate assigned to the person's department. If there is no rate assigned to the department, lastly the rate assigned to the company is checked.
Company
This is the field where you can determine the rates of the company.
Itself This is the field where you can determine the ratio of the person.
Colleague This is the field where you can determine the ratio of a person's colleague.
Employee This is the field where you can determine the ratio of the person's employee.
ManagerThis is field where you can determine the ratio to the person's manager.
CustomerThis is the field where you can determine the ratio of the person's customer.
With Save button, you can save your changes
Departments
This is field where listed department of the customized rates that are assigned.
With   you can delete the corresponding rate.
With   you can update the rate. You can go to the Department Ratio Update Screen.
With the Add New button, you can go to theAdding Department Ratio Screen , where you can add new.
Titles
This is field where listed titles of the customized rates that are assigned.
With   you can delete the rate.
With   you can update the rate. You can go to the Title Ratio Update Screen .
With the Add New button, you can go to the Adding Title Ratio Screen , where you can add new ratio.
People
This is field where listed people of the customized rates that are assigned.
With   you can delete the rate.
With   you can update the rate. You can go to the People Ratio Update Screen .
With the Add New button, you can go to the Adding People Ratio Screen , where you can add new ratio.
